Energising enough to engage in a few fun activities in the amenities spaces and freely mingle from court to court with neighbours, as well as attend a friend's birthday or anniversary party in the common open gounds, while savouring some appetising meals prepared in our multiple restaurants, without the need to have to prepare group meals in your own house.

NO. There are no hidden charges in your contract. What you sign up to pay is what will cover all the ensuing costs thereafter, whether named or not.
NO. We will take care of the fencing of your plot, whether with concrete posts or wooden posts adn chainlink to add. All these offers are included in your contract and binds us to ensure that we provide you with them.
While the period may vary from time to time, our typical period is a maximum of 90 Days. Any longer period than that shall be duly communicated to you in advance and the contributing factors causing the same.
